Most people assume this is a visibility problem, or a confidence problem. It's neither. It's a self-perception problem. You can't clearly articulate who you're becoming when you're still organising your world around the old version of yourself.

I bring two things most people can't find in the same room: Fortune 500 commercial rigour and the kind of deep inquiry that gets to what's actually true. Brand Archaeology, external perception calibration, Human Design as an energetic lens: all of it in service of one outcome. Positioning that's not just strategic. That's genuinely yours.

Most people arrive here trying to create opportunities from a version of themselves they haven't yet fully stepped into. It's exhausting. And it's backwards.
My work starts with a pause. Not a rebrand, not a content strategy, not a visibility plan. Identity work is first. We excavate what's already there: the patterns, the authority, the point of view that's been accumulating for years but hasn't yet found its clearest expression. Then we build positioning around that. Not the old version of you. Not a performed version. The one that's actually emerging.
That's when it stops feeling like performance and starts feeling true. And when something feels true, it's energising.
